Booking data

When you make a booking request, TravelToc processes the contact and booking details you submit, together with excursion, hotel, payment status and operational records needed to handle the request and provide support.

Analytics and marketing data

Optional analytics and marketing data is processed only according to your privacy choices. Where enabled, TravelToc uses a random pseudonymous identifier and limited event data. Raw QR tokens are not stored in analytics records.

Push notifications

If you explicitly enable promotional notifications, the browser provides a push endpoint and encryption keys required for delivery. You can disable notifications in your browser and withdraw Marketing consent in Cookie settings.

Newsletter

Newsletter subscription is separate from cookie consent. TravelToc stores the email address, language, subscription status, consent time and unsubscribe state needed to provide and manage the newsletter.

Retention and security

TravelToc applies retention controls to detailed analytics metadata, session paths, push user-agent data, deactivated push subscriptions, audit logs and orphaned pseudonymous visitor records. Access to administration functions is restricted by authenticated roles and security controls.

Service providers

TravelToc may use infrastructure, payment, email, push delivery and other technical providers required to operate the service. Their involvement depends on the feature used and the production configuration.
